At “Waroeng Seafood”, the seafood scaled and grilled directly in front of the guests then served with steam rice or baked potato, eggplant salad or the famous Jimbaran style plecing kangkung (spinach with sambal) and guests are free to explore the “Sambal Station” which offers different types of sambals including” Es Tabia” the signature sambal of “‘Waroeng Seafood”

Born and raised in Bali, Chef Gede Sujana has worked closely with many Chefs around the world for the past 25 years to sharpen his style that is Fine Fusion Cuisine. To his love of local food with its rich and spicy flavor, Chef Gede Sujana brings a unique experience of Jimbaran Seafood Culinary to the heart of Seminyak where he proudly present you his creation of signature sambal inspired by local terms, “Es Tabia” that means feel cold and hot at the same time which somehow perfectly match to accompany grilled seafood dishes.
