The Avocado Factory is the very first avocado bar to be opened in South East Asia, serving delicious and healthy dishes in Canggu, Bali. Avocado Factory was found by amazing individuals that are impassioned by their love for avocados and their desire for creating amazing avocado dishes for everyone! All the ingredients on the menu feature avocado at an affordable price. Delectable menu items include breakfast and lunch bowls, salads, toasts, and smoothies in a variety of tantalizing and visually stunning creations. Come in and enjoy everything from classic avocado dishes to tropical innovative fusions, which are all made with love from the most sustainable ingredients. Our Avocado is sourced mainly from Bali and sometimes from the island of Java. Avocado Factory is devoted to supporting the local products and communities. We are not just a business, we are a group of people with a goal. Inspired by the love for our planet and the aim for zero waste. We can proudly say that we’re 98% plastic-free and we use biodegradable products, that are one of the friendliest to nature. The Avocado Factory, located Next to the Pizza Fabbrica Bali, (Jalan Batu Mejan, Canggu, Bali). We will serve breakfast and lunch Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Adis Dozovic

We wanted to take a minute to introduce you to our co-founder, and all-around professional bartender/mixologist, Adis Dozovic. A co-founder of Hippie Fish, The Avocado Factory, Maybe Tony & BB52. Adis oversees all food/beverage-related aspects of Hippie Fish. Our first two offerings (Kombucha is the new black and Barong Ket ) are all signature cocktails. Adis first worked at The Downtown in Sydney where Learned strong basics on classic cocktails and busy being a part of the vanguard of high-level cocktails made with attention to ingredients, process. His unique takes on classic cocktails caught the eye of other bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts. Above all, he prizes dedication to his field of work and his clients above all else–and we think you’ll appreciate the end result.
