Silfammy Landy Manaroinsong
Chef Landy, born with the full name of Silfammy Landy Manaroinsong. He started his career back in 1995 in Benihanna New York. The he moved to Gasho of Japan in Central Valley, Upstate New York for 2 years and assist Gasho of Japan in Long Island before spent 4 years with Arirang Hibachi Steak House in Brooklyn New York. Chef Landy with his quirky smile then moved to Connecticut to work with Sakura Japanese Steak House as Hibachi Head Chef before moving to Bali in 2011. He then join Anantara Uluwatu in 2012 until now.
