With almost 20 years of Culinary experiences. He brings a dynamic and innovative energy to SALT Restaurant and Pool Bar diverse culinary scene. Started as a cook in 2004 and 2013 he got Head Position in one of the hotel in Lembongan Island. After finished his Culinary study in Bali, he feel like working as a chef in Bali always fascinating. His power statement are "A Good Product in Plate, Zero Complain"
