He is conducting two restaurants, the SABEEN and Lemon Cello and still, continue to strengthen the property as a deluxe leisure brand under PHM management. Chef Nyoman has 17 years of experience in the hotel industry and now successfully taking a whole new level for these two restaurants. Chef Nyoman brings Fusion food as his signature of bringing different styles or ingredients into two or more cuisines which have spawned some amazing combinations.
