Chef Banjaro

Balinese born Chef Banjar is the definition of truly authentic fusion cuisine. With his roots here on the majestic Island of the Gods, Chef’s influence stems from a diverse melting pot of culinary execution spanning East to West, North to South. Chef’s success, a reputation that is well known in Bali, is built on his mantra of ‘Cooking With Love,' an attitude that is so typical of Balinese culture. This can be seen in his attention to detail and within his melange of exotic flavours. At Romeos, Chef Banjar presents a worldly menu that focuses on presenting common themes with an asian twist. Our modern grillery and kitchen include an assortment of traditional balinese plates to American Classics, from authentic rustic Italian style pizzas to signature comfort creations. Highlights would include the Slow Cooked Pork Ribs that are left for 18 hours in order to create a this sumptuous fall off the bone classic and Chefs popular dessert line that include a range of sophisticated Souffles and Lava Cakes.
