Chef Suartika has been working at Grand Hyatt Bali for fifteen years. Back in April, Chef Suartika spent more than 2 weeks at Hyatt Regency Osaka to represent Grand Hyatt Bali and share his cooking knowledge and specialty Babi Guling and Lawar (Balinese salad) recipes with the local Japanese chefs.
