Chef De Cuisine Nampu
Shozo Yoshioka was born in Japan on September 24th, 1963 and has been with the Grand Hyatt Bali family for more than 14 years. Chef Yoshioka began his career as Cook in 1983 at Chihaya Restaurant, Fukuoka. Six year afterwards he moved to Australia JCC, Sydney as Japanese Chef. In January 1998 he transferred to Sado Japanese Seafood, Perth to become their Sous Chef. Before joining Grand Hyatt Bali, in September 2014, he started his culinary journey with Hyatt as Japanese Chef at Hyatt Regency Saujana, Malaysia. Every evening at Nampu, you will see Chef Yoshi at the grill teasing your senses with appetising aromas of authentic Japanese yakitori or dishes from his hometown, Kyushu Island.
