The Pavilions very own Head Chef Wayan Sumiarta brings over 20 years of international culinary experience to Jahe's kitchen. His dynamic and innovative approach to both Western and Indonesian cuisine has lead him to conquer palates from the Pacific to the Middle East before returning to his home island of Bali.
