A Balinese native, Chef Agus began cooking (and immediately fell in love with it) since he was 14 years old. He gained his passion in cooking from his mother. He jumped into the hotel culinary industry upon his graduation as his first job training, he was exposed to the pastry section and became an expert on it. Looking for more challenges, Chef Agus continuted to work in Cruise Lines where he want around Carribean Islands for 10 years, that's where he met with lots of chefs from around the world and he was inspired by a lot of different styles, cuisines, ethnics, coming in from different backgrounds. He then settled in as pre opening team of Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort where he puts his focus innovating the finest for local Indonesia cuisine.
