Chef Agung began with the St. Regis Bali during its opening after over 10 years of senior management positions within kitchen teams in various hotels in Bali. He brings to this role a creative ability to reinvent and add new menus and recipes as the food venues of The St. Regis Bali Resort continue to grow and adapt to the ever changing market demands. Under his helm, he created Gourmand Deli’s first full lunch and dinner menu with French and Italian epicurean delights and also pioneered the extension of Boneka restaurant to the intimate Dulang restaurant, an authentic Balinese restaurant surrounded by the lush tropical park.
As the St. Regis Bali’s Head of Culinary, currently he manages the resort’s 4 award-winning dining venues and 2 bars, including the iconic signature restaurant Boneka and the specialty beachfront fine dining Kayuputi Restaurant.
