Nyoman Gede Wardana
Chef Nyoman Gede Wardana was born on May 29, 1981 at Denpasar, Bali. He began cooking at age 20th and landed his first job as cook in a small villas in Seminyak area When he was 28th he left his beloved Indonesia to get experience overseas as a sous chef in Doha and became executive chef afterwards. Chef Nyoman specializes in Western & Asian cuisines and likes to create new recipes that is a combination of International dishes with local ingredients. He presents dishes tare close to his heart, and now Chef Nyoman enjoys working as an Executive Chef at Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali to share happiness through his food.
