The name that we have chosen to represent our food creations is a word that comes from the Italian language. “Cibo” simply means “food”. Focusing on our Italian roots we bring you artisanal home cooking that presents top-notch cooking techniques in a cosy & casual environment. Everything at Cibo! is made in-house, from fabulous salami and charcuterie to hand rolled pasta, slow cooked sauces and meats, a great range of bakery products from flavoured focaccia to traditional cakes and desserts.

Originating from Modena, Italy, Diego is the former head chef of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts and Soori Hotel in Bali, The Fullerton in Singapore, Le Cirque Restaurant in India and many other five-star fine dining hotels around the world. Despite his highly reputable background in fine dining Diego has created an experience that is casual, incredibly affordable and delicious.
