Meet the local masquerade with international-experienced talent, nicknamed Chef Koko. His passion for exotic foods had brought him in-and-out of the country, expanding his portfolio and breaking his own record. His instinct for good ingredients is another talent that leads him to spoil guests with flavors they don't know they'll love.
He was in Karma Resort Koh Samui for 2 years and went to open the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in 2012, ended up dedicating his expertise there for 3 years. He was delegated for the opening of St. Regis Langkawi Malaysia, and continue to Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort – being one of the biggest resort in the area. Life led him back to Indonesia to Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak as it was soon to be opened in June 2016. He's been entrusted as Executive Chef at the resort ever since.
