Luis Angelo

Luis Angelo is a Peruvian chef, considered one of the new generation of Peruvian chefs promoting the spread of Peruvian cuisine. He is known for his use of applying modern cooking techniques to Peruvian ingredients. Since he joined Opia dining destination he brought an international light to the restaurant fusioned his cuisine with ingredients of Indonesia and supporting locals communities, sustainable fishing and local agricolture. In Opia we use 90% of product of this Region.
