There’s so much more than just a charming personality in Wiweko Elnanto. The Executive Chef of Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak has a long five star working experience, passion and unlimited creation when it comes to culinary. Chef Koko, as he usually called, started his love to culinary world since he was a kid with a full support from his father. He knows how to start right. After his five star debut as Jr Sous Chef at The St. Regis Bali, Indonesia, Chef Koko shared his passion and excellent leadership at some other five star properties in Indonesia, Langkawi and Thailand. After stamped his name as a task force Executive Sous Chef at 'Pre Opening' Asian Summit 2015 - St Regis Langkawi, Malaysia, Chef Koko joined pre-opening team of Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, Indonesia and proved his unlimited creativity there for three years, before he moved to Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resorts, Thailand. In 2016, this Best New Comer Chef, Thailand 2011 joined Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak and give a completely new color to the property's food and beverage experience. Just like the property. Chef Koko is simply uncomplicated, his principle in cooking is as simple as putting 'love' in it, just like what his father taught him. He and his team cook with the heart and feeling truly satisfied to see people enjoying their food.
